Cancellation policy

For summer bookings

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In the case of cancellation in the 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price is due. In case of no-show, guests pay an amount equal to the total price.

For winter bookings

You will be required to make a prepayment of 50% of the total price at the time of reservation. You can cancel your booking for free up to 30 days before your arrival.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total price.
If you cancel within 48 hours before your arrival, you will be charged the full price.
In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the total price of the room or apartment as per your booking will be charged.
