  • What time can I check into the room?

    Our rooms are ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

    If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and freshen up for skiing or hiking.

    If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, please let us know in advance, and we will arrange a late check-in for you. 

  • What time is check-out?

    We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 10 am on the day of departure.

    If you plan to ski or hike on your departure day, you can leave your luggage with us and use our shower facilities. 

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, we offer free parking for our guests in a lot located behind our hotel. 

  • How far is the ski lift from the hotel?

    The Galzigbahn ski lift is only a 5-10 minute walk from our hotel, making it easily accessible for our guests. 

  • How far is the train station from the hotel?

    Our hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk away from St. Anton train station.

  • Is there a vegan breakfast option?

    Yes, we offer vegan options in our rich breakfast buffet. Let us know your dietary preferences before you arrive, and we will accommodate your needs. 

  • Can I safely store my bike at the hotel?

    Yes, we offer a secure bike garage for our guests. 

  • Can I safely store my skis at the hotel?

    We provide our guests with a voucher for a ski depot located directly at the Galzigbahn. If you prefer, we also have a ski room available at the hotel.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    Smoking is prohibited throughout our hotel, except on balconies where ashtrays are provided.

  • Are baby cots available?

    Yes, we can provide a baby cot upon request for our youngest guests.

  • Are dogs allowed at the hotel?

    Yes, we welcome dogs in some of our rooms. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be traveling with your furry friend. We charge a one-time fee for dogs, and we ask that you limit your stay to one dog per booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or wellness area.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    A deposit of 50% of the total booking price is due after booking for winter reservations. 

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    For summer bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

    For winter bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

    In case of late cancellation, we charge a fee of 50% of the total price. In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Please note that in case of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the full room rate for the respective booked days without deductions.
